‘Return‘ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer on the CHH website. The customer can request a replacement, if he receives a wrong [Different Product Received than what is mentioned in Invoice] or damaged product. We will replace it with the right one. This case is only valid if the item is different from Invoice.
In case the customer proves the product as adulterated or unauthentic [through Valid scientific report], then we provide 100% money back guarantee.
The order cannot be cancelled, or refunded, or replaced once placed. Also, the items cannot be changed or replaced or refunded.
In the case of any wrong shipping of the product from our side (if product received differs from what is ordered in Invoice) , the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. The customer is supposed to ship the defected/ wrong product back to our warehouse address. Once we get the product back, we will ship a replaced product / or initiate a refund of full amount immediately. The refund generally reflects in 7 to 10 working days in Customer Account.

Buyer is solely responsible for Completeness & Correctness of the Shipping Address, PIN Code, Email Id & Mobile Number provided by him/her during raising the Order.
Buyer must also check & reply the Email/SMS/Whatsapp based communications made & Track the Courier Online. Indian Jadi Booti shall not be held responsible for Refund/Replacement, in absence of the same.
Custom Clearance is Customer's responsibility in case it get stuck in Customer Country's custom. It is customers responsibility and obligation to see that he orders what his country allows him to procure.
We will not be responsible for return and refund or replacement, in case it stucks in Customer Country customs, or it gets returned back from customer’s country due to any reason. Also, any extra duty/tax, if levied, as per customer's country, has to be paid by the Customer.
CHH does not provide facility of cancelling/ replacing the items in the order after the order is placed.
However, if the already shipped order is returned by Customer for any reason, whatsoever, then the To and Fro charges, and the other overhead charges would be recovered from Customer in his next order.
